Extremely bad and unacceptable experience. I informed the owner in advance before vacating, and he clearly agreed to return my despoit. While I was still staying there and trying to follow up, he avoided meeting me. When I finally called him, he used abusive language and openly refused to return my money. On top of that, he demanded an extra ?1,000 without any valid reason. Now he is posting completely false replies to shift the blame, which is dishonest and misleading. This is not about notice period this is about refusing to return deposit and behaving in a highly unprofessional and disrespectful manner. If you are planning to stay here, be extremely careful with your deposit and dealings with the owner. Strongly not recommended.
